FF Flat Foam Absorber

          

          Flexible lossy flat foam microwave absorbing material

 

FF (Flat Foam) is a series of flat polyurethane soft foam microwave absorbing materials, which are processed by special technology. Lightweight, flexible, available in different thicknesses and different lossy grades.

 

FFS (Flat Foam Single) is a single-layer flat polyurethane flexible foam microwave absorbing material.

 

FFD (Flat Foam Double) is a double-layer flat polyurethane flexible foam microwave absorbing material.

 

FFM (Flat Foam More) is a multi-layer flat polyurethane flexible foam microwave absorbing material.

 

FFG (Flat Foam Glossy) is a glossy-coated flat polyurethane flexible foam microwave absorbing material.

 

Applications:

 

 

*FF sheets are mainly used in closed cabinet applications, such as ampliers,RF-radios

 Oscillators to improve their Q-factor.

 

*FF sheets are also used to attenuate surface currents on metal structures.

 

*Isolation between RF-systems and also improvement of reflectivity level of reflecting objects.

 

 

Characteristic:

 

*FF sheet generally has no flame retardancy, special requirements can increase the flame retardancy.

 

*FF sheet operating temperature -50~+80. Higher operating temperatures can be customized.

 

* FF is not suitable for outdoor use. If want for outdoor, pls contact us.

 

*The standard outside demensions 500mmx500mm, it can be processed into special size and shape by knife, scissors or punching machine.

 

*FF is not suitable for direct contact with current-carrying parts due to its conductivity.

 

*FF can also be supplied with a self-adhesive tape to ease installation.

 

*FF type is generally attached to a metal base. If the non-metal substrate is attached, add an absorbing layer or metal substrate on the surface.

The standard thickness of FFS is 3,4,5,6,10,15,20mm etc.

The thickness of the material determines the frequency,the frequency of use is lower,and the material is slightly thicker.

Customized sizes and shapes can be supplied.

FFD(Flat Foam Double)

 is a double-layer flat polyurethane flexible foam microwave absorbing material.

 

Double layers flat polyurethane flexible foam microwave absorbing material for 8~18GHz,

4~18GHz ,2~18GHz.

Compared with the general single-layer foam absorbing material, the foam with double-layer impedance gradient has better electrical properties in a wider frequency band.

FFG(Flat Foam Glossy)

 is a glossy-coated flat polyurethane flexible foam microwave absorbing material.

 

FFG film-coated flat plate microwave absorbing material, its performance is the same as that of FFS, FFD, FFM flat foam.

The surface is treated with film, which is wear-resistant, waterproof, anti-aging, and not easy to drop powder.
